Method of Check-In at the Airport
Kiosk check-in, none of us are really stranger to this interesting and time saving method of airline check-in. I travel a lot, business trips and personal trips, I found this method of check-in really handy, especially when I am running late and the flight is about to take off. The way the computer interacts with travelers is really cool, even a computer illiterate can find this method easy and helpful.

Computer technology has making our lives a lot easier. Many convenience we enjoy right now will have no end. All we need to do is to keep thinking. Computers are, indeed, the product of human thoughts. If we keep thinking about what can make the existing systems/products better, we will be able to improve our products continuously.
I have no doubt e-airport will beome more advanced and common in the future for travelers.
I remember the first time I went to a kiosk in the airport to check-in. I had to go ask the service rep. to help me. I asked her what kind of card I had to have to get into the system. She said, "just swipe one of your credit cards." I thought she was kidding, at first, but I soon realized that was true because I saw others using their credit cards to "log-in."
The next step is for airports to upgrade technology in the air traffic control towers.
I too enjoy the time savings that the kiosks provide. I have only had one major problem with using one. While traveling for business, the kiosk was not pulling up my boarding pass. By the time the lady at the desk offered to assist me, 4 minutes had passed. I asked her to just print out my boarding pass for me, instead of continuing to try the kiosk. She then told me that the flight had just closed (1 minute prior to her asking) and she would be unable to help. Because of this, I had to drive over 90 mph at times to get to my connector in Charlotte, NC. Had she just offered to help me 1 minute earlier or had I chosen to not use the kiosk first, I would have made the original flight. Damn kiosk!
